O. A. Newton Slide Gate Valves are pneumatically actuated with double acting cylinders and are used for Material Handling Vacuum or Low Pressure (usually 15 psi maximum) Conveying Systems and are used in these industries: PVC, CPVC, Wood Plastic Composites, Plastics, Rubber, Baking, Chemical, Cement, Food, Milling, Mineral, Paint, and More.
All OAN Slide Gate Valves are made with Aluminum housings and stainless steel blades. The standard mounting Inlet and Discharge is a bolt flange on the valve. Standard items are (1) Voltage @120 VAC and (2) double acting cylinders. Alternate mountings such as studs, threaded holes and pipe studs are optional and available upon request. |
