Filter Receivers
 
Filter Receivers separate the material out of the air stream during pneumatic conveying.
Standard Features:
  • Side Loading cartridges for easy access and quick maintenance.
  • Powder Coated Carbon Steel Construction.
  • Jet Air Pulse Media Cleaning with compressed air manifold, solenoid & timer panel.
  • Filter Cartridges have 45 pleats and 22.5 Sq Ft of cloth.
  • Differential Pressure Gauge to monitor filter cleaning system performance.
  • Material inlet deflection to aid in material-air separation.
  • 60° Discharge Cone with vibrator mounting pad.
  • 3 Mounting Lugs.
  • Options:
    • Level Indication Switches (Customer is responsible for integrating switch signal into their existing PLC unless O.A. Newton has been contracted to do the PLC integration).
    • 70° Cone.
    • Vibrator
    • Aeration Pads.
    ** O.A. Newton Recommends a 3 to 1 Air (CFM) to cloth (Sq Ft) ratio for most powder materials and 4 to 1 air to cloth ratio for most pellet materials when sizing a Filter Receiver.
